Adan Villarreal – Age 47 a resident of Tierra Azul passed away on Tuesday, April 4th, 2006 following a lengthy illness. He was preceded in death by his sons: Jeremy and Shawn Villareal; parents: Ramona and Shawn Villarreal; sister, Becky Villarreal. Adan was a very hard worker, he was a rancher and loved ranching, was an avid horse and motorcycle rider. He loved to do woodcarvings, he was a devoted husband, dad, grandpa, brother and uncle. He loved children and his grandchildren. He was always the life of the room, he was always a joker. He loved and lived life to the fullest. He will be dearly missed. He is survived by his wife, Marsha Villarreal of Tierra Azul; children: Andrea Martinez and husband Christopher of Utah, Peter, Ignacio and Johnny Villarreal all of Tierra Azul; the love of his life and grandchildren: Kyra Estrella Martinez and Shawn Martinez both of Utah; sister-in-law, Aunt Kimmie Avila and husband Henry and their son, J.J. all of La Mesilla; father and mother-in-law: Alfred and Beatrice Roybal of Arroyo Seco; brother-in-law, Alfred Roybal of Española; sister-in-law, Vanessa Roybal and her children Mercedes and Joshua all of Española; in-laws: Archie and Doris Martinez of Rio Chama; brother-in-law, Peter and Pauline Lopez of Santa Cruz; 3 brothers and 2 sisters of Port Lavaca, Texas; and numerous other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 9th, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. at the Valley View United Methodist Church.
