Alberto Vega

Alberto Vega, 76, a resident of Espanola, NM, passed away on May 01, 2021.  He was born on February 20, 1945 in Chihuahua, Mexico to Alberto Vega and Ludeciuna Gomez.

He is preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Bruce Mondragon.

He is survived by his companion Alice Chavez, Son’s, Kevin Chavez and Normando Vega, Daughter, Yadira Vega, Grandkids, Waldy and Jolene Mandragon, Delaney Garcia, and many Nephews and Nieces. 

He became a US citizen in 1997.  He spent most of his life doing construction work.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.  He enjoyed watching Western Movies, Rodeo and boxing.

Private viewing will take place on Friday, May 14, 2021 starting at 2:00pm at Rivera Funeral Home.  Burial will take place on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 in Alcalde, NM at 10:00am.
