Alex Valerio

Alex J. Hipster Valerio, Jr. 54 of Talpa passed away June 15, 2009. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank & Lucia Valerio and Onesimo & Manuelita Fernandez, brothers in law, Johnny Maestas and Fred Coca and sister in law, Lucille Montoya. He is survived by parents, Cruz and Rosabel Valerio, wife of 30 years, Peggy Valerio, sons, Jeffrey Valerio (Felicia), Jeremy Valerio (Tammy), Chris Trujillo (Libby), Gina Vigil (David), Dominic Montoya (Shauna), Derrick Montoya, Damion Montoya (Jamie) and Matt Dorsey and 17 grandchildren. He is also survived by brothers and sisters, Richard Valerio (Louella) of Santa Fe, Yolanda Valerio (Clarence) of Tooele, Utah, Marvin Valerio of Taos, Darlene Lopez (Mike) of Taos, Francella Vigil (Donald) of Santa Fe, Earl Valerio (Elaine) of Santa Fe and Geri Mulligan (Mike) of Santa Fe, brother in law, Benjie Montoya (Mary) of Taos, sister in law, Gabriela Tafoya of Taos, numerous nephews and nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends. Rosaries were recited on June 17, 2009 at Rivera Chapel and on June 18, 2009 at San Francisco de Asis Catholic Church.
