Alfonso (Al) Vigil age 85 of Santa Fe, New Mexico passed away on February 18, 2016. He was born in Santa Fe to Isabelita Portillo and Margarito Vigil, Sr. Alfonso is preceded in death by his son Ricky Vigil, grandson Rico Vigil, brother Margarito Vigil, sister Melinda Ortega, son-in-law Michael Romero and other family and friends. He is survived by his wife of 65 years Stella Vigil, son Billy Vigil (Kathryn), daughters Mary Lou Peperas (Ted), Diane Vigil – Hayes (Henry), and Margie Romero, brothers Orlando and Ray Vigil, grandchildren Antoinette (Matthew), Bill Jr., Theo (Pearla), Cheryl, Yvette, Lawrence, Athena (John), Sean and Wendy, great grandchildren, Carlitos, Mariah, Haley, Analeise, Isa, Ari, Cassandra, Rueben, Neveah, Alexis, Alycia, Rico Jr., Amber and Elias.Pallbearers: Billy, Theo, Matthew, Bill Jr., Carlitos, Rueben & Rico Jr. Visitation will be Thursday, February 25, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at Cristo Rey Church followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be Friday, February 26, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Cristo Rey Church.
