Allison Martinez

Allison Martinez age 42 of Velarde, NM. died peacefully after a lengthy illness on Thursday September 30, 2010. Her beloved family was at her side as she went to join her heavenly father. She was born in Espanola to Arthur and Dolores Martinez in Espanola on August 20, 1968. She is survived by her parents and also her daughters Alyssa Baca and husband Abram of Santa Clara, and Aileen Martinez of El Duende, grandchildren; Jaiden Baca and Adrian Martinez, siblings; Joseph Martinez and wife Geraldine of Albuquerque, Leon Martinez and wife Elena of Velarde, Lydia Sanders and fiance Edward Padilla of Velarde and Richard Martinez and companion Debbie Pena of Velarde, many aunts & uncles, nephews & nieces and other relatives. Recitation of the rosary will be on Friday October 1st at 7:00 p.m. at The Rivera Family Funeral Home Chapel in Espanola. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Velarde with Fr. Vitus officiating.
