Alonzo Baca

Alonzo Baca, 60, a life long resident of Santa Fe, was called home to meet the Lord on April 24, 2009. He is preceded in death by his parents Ramon and Tonie Baca, and sister Theresa Urioste. Alonzo loved the outdoors, fishing and anything that had to do with cars from fixing them to racing them, but most of all loved being around his friends and family. He was a loving and open father, grandfather, brother, and friend to many and will be dearly missed. He is survived by his sons; Alonzo R. Baca, Christopher Baca and wife Renee, and Robert Chavez, daughter Jennie Chavez-Martinez and husband Chris, Annette Pomroy and husband Travis, friend and mother of his children Gloria Westbrook, grandchildren, Alejandro, Marisol, Dominic, Larissa, Santana, Donovan, Travis Jr., Jeremy, Joshua, Christian, step-daughters, Monica, and Rose Acevedo, sisters Virginia Padilla and husband Will, and Celina Romero and husband Rudy, goddaughter Antoinette Padilla, and many other nieces, nephews, friends, and family. A Rosary will be held Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at 10:00am at San Isidro Catholic Church, where a Mass will follow at 11:00am.
