Aminta Trina Sandoval our beloved daughter and sister passed away peacefully the morning of November 4th 2022. She valiantly fought a rare cancer that took her life.
Born May 27, 1979, in Las Vegas, New Mexico. She attended local schools and NM Highlands University where she obtained a masters degree in social work, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1999. After moving to Dallas Texas she worked for United Healthcare and Parkland Hospital as a social worker. Aminta, cared deeply about people and was an advocate for them, She also adored animals, rescuing and advocating for creatures that had no voice. After returning to New Mexico in 2019 she lived in Rociada NM, where she enjoyed hiking, gardening and spending time with her animals. She enjoyed hosting and entertaining friends and family who came to visit and loved showing them around the area she loved so much. Aminta had many opportunities to travel, some of the places she visited were: Ghana West Africa, Ireland, France, Mexico and throughout the United States. She made friends wherever she went.
She was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on July 5, 1995. She was a member of the North Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her strong faith, close friendship with her creator Jehovah God and a worldwide and local brotherhood of friends and family supported and sustained her through this illness. One of her favorite scriptures was Revelation 21:4, “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
She is survived by her Mother, Teresa Rainey of Albuquerque. Father, Mario H. Sandoval , bonus Mother, Debbie Sandoval of Clarksdale. AZ. Her sister Amber Sandoval of Albuquerque, Vincent Sanchez and her very special niece Elynn Sanchez. Annette Rainey of Konya, Turkey. Bryon and Heidi Rainey of Albuquerque, NM. Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews will miss her laugh, smile, sense of humor and fun.
