Andrew Davey

Andrew Daniel Davey 2/22/88 ~ 7/25/12 Andrew was born in Santa Fe, NM. He is preceded in death by his father Danny Martinez, grandfather who raised him Jerry Davey, maternal great grandparents: Leandro and Octaviana Gallegos, Francisco and Ramoncita Garcia, paternal great grandparents: Ursulo and Louisa Martinez, cousins: Amelia and Natalie Martinez, and Eric and Chris Olivas. He is survived by his mother, Marianita Davey, grandmother who raised him Lorraine Garcia Davey, brother Arthur Davey, grandmother Rosella Martinez, grandfather, Roger Martinez, uncles and aunts: uncle and Godfather Frank L. Garcia, David Garcia and wife Becky, Isaac Martinez and wife, Estella and Alexandro Martinez, Tana and Yolanda Martinez and Maria and Andrew Chacon. Andrew was highly talented. He was involved in a band The Strange and was a poet and author. He loved his brother Arthur dearly. During his tours-which included Europe, Andrew made lot of friends. He will be dearly missed. He was currently employed by The Flea, whom he befriended, a friend Walter and many aunts and uncles and cousins from Garcia Family in Pojoaque. A rosary was recited on July 31, 2012. A mass was celebrated on August 1, 2012. Both services were held at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Chimayo.
