Andrew Mondragon

Andrew D. Mondragon, 48, of Des Montes passed away on July 12, 2007. He was a 1979 graduate of Taos High School. He was an avid sports fan who loved going to Albuquerque to watch Dukes and Lobo games. He also liked to watch the WWF and his favorite teams, the Chicago Bears & Cubs on TV. Andrew was also known for letting everyone know about the latest news and current events. He is preceded in death by his mother, Estella Mondragon, and great-niece Alexandria Duran. He is survived by his father, Lino E. Mondragon, and brothers and sisters, Teresa Gonzales, (Eddie), of Taos, his twin brother, Joseph Mondragon of Des Montes, Cecilia Mondragon of Des Montes, Robert Mondragon (Christine) of Rio Rancho, Lori Serrano (Hilario) of Des Montes, Kat Duran, his special niece, who he helped raise, and cherished Godson, Hunter Evan Tafoya, numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and other relatives. Rosary was held on July 15, 2007. Funeral Mass was held on July 16, 2007. Both services were held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Arroyo Seco. Interment was held at the Arroyo Seco Cemetery.
