ANGELA CAROLINE CLIFFORD
Angie Clifford, 37, formerly of Santa Fe, passed away suddenly and un-expectedly early Friday morning, January 8, 2016 at her Albuquerque home. Angie was born September 30, 1978 in Missoula, Montana, the daughter of Susan Lynch Clifford and Robert Clifford. Her early years were spent in Missoula and the Bitterroot Valley. She moved to Santa Fe with her family in early 1988 where she attended school at Chaparral Elementary School, De Vargas Mid-School and Santa Fe High School. She has worked for the Outback, Applebee’s, Real Burger, and Olive Garden, transferring to the Albuquerque Olive Garden a few years ago to be with her mother, Sue.
She is survived by her loving Mom, Sue Clifford of Albuquerque; her grandmother, Mary Lou Lynch of Boise, ID; her dad, Bob Clifford and wife Mary of Santa Fe; two sisters, Amy Clifford of Santa Fe, and her CC Emilie Archuleta and husband Carlos of Albuquerque; her puppy Vader; her nephew Jesse, and nieces Michelle Louise, Alisha, and Gracie; several aunts & uncles, and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, H. Norris Lynch, and her paternal grandparents, O. Wayne Clifford and Verla Salverson. Angie will be deeply missed by her family.
Angie was very fond of Butterflies and loved her little dog Vader. Her most favorite color was purple. She was her Mom’s Special Little Angel and Dad’s “Sweet Caroline”.
Her family invites friends to stop by between 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm Thursday, January 14th at the Rivera Family Funeral Home Kiva Chapel, 417 E Rodeo Rd in Santa Fe for a time of remembrance and to celebrate Angie, and help her spirit transition smoothly to fly with her beloved butterflies.
