Anita V. Trujillo

Anita V. Trujillo, age 84 from Chimayo passed away peacefully on Monday, November 6, 2017 after a lengthy illness. Anita is preceded in death by her parents: Alfredo and Gregorita Vigil, Sons: Armando and Robert Trujillo, Daughter: Miguelita Sanchez, Brothers: Orlando and Manuel Vigil, Grandson: Robert Trujillo Jr (Little bobby). Anita is survived by her Daughters: Beatrice and husband Paul Martinez, Louella and husband Larry Guerra, Tina Romero and companion Timm Kailey, sister; Matilda Roybal from California, special care givers: Brenda Salazar and Tammy Romero, 19Grandchildren, 15Great-grandchildren, 3Great-great-grandchildren, special friend she considered as a daughter; Lorie Vigil, very close friend; Norma Purdy. Many other relatives and friends who knew and loved her very much. Anita was a kind hearted, loving person. She loved to play bingo and have conversations with anyone in her path, she cared for her parakeets like if they were children. She loved spending time with her kids and grandkids. She always looked for a gift to give to anyone who walked in her door. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Public visitation will start on Friday, November 10, 2017 at 5:00 PM at Rivera Family Funeral Home Chapel followed by a Christian Devotional service by Pastor JD Miera. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Victory Faith Foursquare Church, 823 Angel Duran Drive, Espanola, NM, 87532. Burial will follow at La Loma Vista Cemetery in, Alcalde, NM. Serving the family as Pallbearers will be Dion Romero, Paul Martinez, Armando Trujillo, Joe L. Martinez, Anthony Valdez, and Kevin Baca. Honorary; Elijah Romero, Joe Paul Maldonado, Kenneth Martinez, Shaun Martinez, Rider Duran, Brandon Duran, and Adam Valdez.
