Anthony Jason Martinez, 40 years old a resident of Espanola passed away unexpectly on October 21, 2016. He was preceded in death by his brother Marvin Martinez; Grandfather, Pantaleon Herrera; Aunt. Linda Herrera; Uncle, James Herrera; Aunt, Ruby Herrera. He is survived by his mother, Edna Herrera, father, Jr Martinez; his special niece, Monique Aguiler; grandmother, Sabinita Herrera and partner Emilio; brothers, Phillip Martinez and partner Vanessa; Johnny Martinez and partner Kelly; sister, Jolene Martinez and partner, Leonard; aunt, Shirley Reynosa and partner Andres; Tio, Johnny Herrera and partner Erasue; Tio, Tony Herrera and partner Anita; Godparents, Gearld Coriz and Dora C De Baca; God children, Monique Aguilar, Alicia Trujillo, Pantaleon Herrera, Lexi Herrera, Christopher Pacheco and John. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 27th from 5-7PM at Rivera Family Funeral Home. A Rosary will be prayed at 7PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, October 28th at 10AM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Truchas, NM. Burial will follow at the Los Llanitos Cemetery.
