Archie Arcenio Espinoza, 61, of Taos passed away on May 12, 2016. Archie’s diverse work experience included employment at Los Angelitos, ARC, Colfax Children’s Treatment Center, Santa Maria Group Home, Rivera Funeral Home, Smith’s Food Store, Quality Inn and High Desert Security. His activities included Taekwondo Martial Arts, painting and carving and musician. He was involved with Our Lady of Guadalupe Choir, and received degrees in Criminal Justice at UNM and Human Services Counselor from NNMCC. He is preceded in death by his parents, Marcos and Clorinda Espinoza, brothers, Manuel, Eloy and Elevinio, nephews, Leo Casias and Mark Anthony Espinoza and niece, Debbie Espinoza. He is survived by his close companion of 30+ years, Rita Stein, brother, Elias Espinoza, sisters, Estella Casias and Dolores Pacheco, numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Rosary was held on May 19, 2016. Funeral mass was held on May 20, 2016. Both servics were held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church with interment followed at the Valdez Cemetery.
