It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend, Arlene A. Torres. Arlene passed away March 17, 2025 in Santa Fe, NM where she was born and raised.
She left this earth to be with our Heavenly Father joining her grandparents Jimmy and Mary Armijo and Bernie and Sally Torres, uncle Ricky and aunt Barbara.
Arlene is survived by her parents Bobby and Connie Torres, son Jared Diana (Samantha), daughters Savannah Sisneros (Ty), Rebecca Sisneros (Alex), granddaughter Maia Diana, grandson Kane Nieto, brother Robert Torres (Adine), sisters Jamie Torres (Chris), and Amy Larrañaga (Jason), Aunts Belle Lewis [Godmother] and Rosie Lucero, Uncles Charlie Torres [Godfather] and Jerry Mondragón; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Arlene lived life with a good heart and unwavering love for her children. Through both challenges and triumph, she held her 3 children at the core of her heart with the utmost pride and love. Arlene was a fiercely determined individual who gave 100% to what she put her mind to; endless giving to those she loved. The pebbles of Arlene’s life, love, love and memory will forever leave lasting imprints to all who knew her.
A public viewing will be held on Monday March 24,2025 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm at Rivera Funeral Home. Services will be held at St. Anne’s Church on Wednesday March 26, 2025 with a rosary at 9:00am funeral services at 10:00am, followed by a burial at Rosario Cemetery. Celebration of Life will be held at St. Anne’s Parish Hall following burial.
