Arthur Vigil

Arthur "Arturo" Ray Vigil, 40, of Penasco passed away on February 2, 2008. He worked for many years as a Chef for the New Mexico State Corrections Department and recently was developing his own logging business. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Jose and Fidelia Vigil, Juan de Dios and Petra Lopez. He is survived by his daughters, Cheryl Vigil of Taos, Krystal Vigil (Derek) of Penasco, granddaughter, Heaven Lujan of Penasco, parents, Ray and Mary Vigil of Penasco, brother, Jack Vigil (Brianne), Daughters' Grandmother Frances Arellano and Uncle Benito of Albuquerque and a dear cousin Juanita Duran and Great Friends Larry and Lillian Padilla and many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Rosary will be recited on Friday, February 8, 2008 at 7 PM at the San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church in Penasco. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 09, 2008 at 10 AM at San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church celebrated by Father Mark Schultz and Deacon Jerome Romero with interment to follow at La Morada Cemetery.
