Arturo "Smiley" Estrada

Arturo “Smiley” Estrada, age 79 was loved by all. Arturo passed away on January 30, 2016. Arturo was born on May 19, 1936 in Las Animas, Colorado to Jose and Engracia Estrada. Arturo dedicated his life to serving others and was gifted with the skills, strengths and ambition to help improve the lives of those around him. He rose to national acclaim and influence and will always be cherished and celebrated by his children Angela Marquez, Rodney Estrada and his beloved circle of family and friends. A Rosary will be recited Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at Santa Maria de la Paz, Santa Fe. A Mass of Christian burial will take place on Friday at 9:30 a.m at Santa Maria de la Paz. Interment will be at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 11:15 a.m. A reception following the interment will be at the Santa Maria de la Paz parish hall.
