Augustine Martinez

Augustine Gerald Martinez age 52 of Espanola died peacefully on December 27, 2009. Cremation arrangements were made however memorial services are being arranged. Recitation of the rosary will be held on Sunday January 31st at 7:00 p.m. at the Rivera Family Funeral Home in Espanola. The mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday at 10:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church at Ohkay Owingeh with interment to follow at the Alcalde Cemetery. Augustine was preceded in death by his parents Jose Pacifico Martinez and Louisa Florentina Salazar-Martinez. He is survived by brothers; Rudy Martinez of Los Alamos, Reynaldo Martinez of Rio Rancho and Marcos Martinez of Hernandez, sisters; Grace Black of Okalahoma and Patricia Royball of California, daughters; Tyna Reed of Reno Nevada and Jamille Martinez Espanola, nephews; Willie, Rudolfo, Inesio, Marcos, Mario and Christopher, nieces: Monica, Jacquelyn, Antoinette, Louisa and Melody as well as other relatives. The family appreciates the kindness and prayers from everyone who knew their beloved Augustine.
