Barbara Anglin

Barbara Ann Anglin, age 89 a resident of Santa Clara Pueblo passed away on November 03, 2016. She was born on November 27,1926 in Santa Clara Pueblo to Patrick Sr. and Katherine Gutierrez. Barbara was married to her "sweetheart" Nelson D. Anglin in December of 1950. Barbara enjoyed camping,fishing and visiting with family and friends, making pottery, cooking, gardening, attending feast days and most of all watching baseball.(LA Dodgers and Chicago Cubs.) Barbara was proceeded in death by her husband, Nelson D. Anglin; parents, Patrick Sr. and Katherine Gutierrez; brothers, Frankie V, Denny, and her twin brothers George and Charles Gutierrez; son in law, Paul Richard Salazar; God son, Richard Eblacker, and nephew, Kevin "Caveman" Gutierrez. She is survived by her daughter, Anita M. Salazar; grandsons, Nelson Sisneros and wife Tandra, Lawrence Sisneros, and wife, Bernice; granddaughter, Erykah Vigil and husband Virgil; great grandchildren, Tiffany and Savannah Sisneros, Isaac Jaramillo, Paul and R'riana Frenier, Raylen and Andrew Atencio; sisters, Florence Sisneros, Joann Million and husband Eddie; brother, Pat Gutierrez and wife Margaret Lou. Barbara is also survived by many other relatives and friends. A rosary will be prayed on Monday evening, November 7th at 6:30PM at the Rivera Family Funeral Home in Espanola. The Rite of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, November 8th at 9AM at Santa Clara Catholic Church, Santa Clara Pueblo. Immediately following the Mass there will be a reception Burial will take place at 2:15PM at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers, Paul Frenier, Andrew Atencio, Matthew Sisneros, Jesse Gutierrez, Murphey Sisneros, Virgil Vigil and Chris Salazar. Honorary Pallbearers are, Will Million, Tiffany and Savannah Sisneros, Quincy Tafoya, and Charles Sisneros. The family has entrusted the care and funeral services of Barbara Anglin to the Rivera Family Funeral Home of Espanola.
