Barbara Hoover

Barbara Hoover, 67 passed away on October 26, 2016. Barbara loved arts & crafts. She loved to dance. She was naturally affectionate to all and loving to all especially her nieces and nephews. Barbara enjoyed participating at the Rio Arriba Senior Center and loved playing Bingo. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Patricio and Rose V. Hoover. Sister Ann Rodriguez, brothers Peter Hoover, Raymond Hoover, nephews Robert (Bobby) Lopez, Michael J. Lopez and Albert Rodriquez. Barbara is survived by her sisters, Frances M. Hoover, Patsy Ginder and husband Robert, JoAnn Marquez and husband Richard. One special great nephew Jordan Hoover, and many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and loved her. A Rosary will be prayed this coming Tuesday, November 1st, 6PM at Rivera Family Funeral Home of Espanola. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, November 2nd, 11AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Espanola. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. Serving the family as Pallbearers will be, James Lopez, Raymond Anthony Lopez, Michael Marquez, Jose Atencio, Richard Marquez, Elaine Medina, Cory Hoover and Juan Rivera Jr.; Honorary Pallbearers will be Jeremy Atencio, Jordan Hoover, Angela Medina, Randall Chavez, Louie Rodriquez and Jacqueline Hoover. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Rivera Family Funeral Home of Espanola, NM.
