Bennie Ray Lovato

Bennie Ray Lovato, 50, of Santa Fe, passed away unexpectedly May 22, 2009. He is preceded in death by his daughter Sarah Marie Lovato and her unborn child Isaac Ray Lovato and grandparents Mr. Salomon and Elvira Lovato, and grandparents Mr. Joe and Adelina Aguilar. Bennie was born July 15, 1958 and was a lifelong resident of Santa Fe. He is survived by his wife Linda and children Bennie Jr., Jared, Nick, and Julie Lovato, parents Edward and Isabel Lovato, brothers Eddie and companion Yolanda, Ronnie, Richard and wife Tanya, sisters Rose Lovato, Kathy Lucero and husband David, Nena, Angela, Cindy Velarde and husband Pete, Marlene and companion Trino, Diane Lovato, Michelle and companion Albert, Linda Medina and husband Edward, granddaughter Delilah, numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Bennie loved to be around family and spend time with his children, He enjoyed fishing and camping, He will be greatly missed by all that knew him. Viewing and a Evening service will be held Monday, June 1, 2009 at 7:00pm at Temple Baptist, 2103 Yucca. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday June 2, 2009 at 10:00am also at Temple Baptist. Burial will take place at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Santa Fe. A Candle Light Vigil will be held after the funeral service at 8:30pm at the Paseo del Sol Apartments on Airport Road. Pallbearers will be Eddie Lovato, Richard Lovato, Ronnie Lovato, Edward Medina, Pete Velarde, Pete Velarde Jr, Patrick Lovato and Joseph Lovato.
