Booth Gallet, 71, of Santa Fe passed away on January 31, 2016. He was born May 6, 1944 in South Dakota.
A Vietnam veteran, Booth moved to New Mexico for college and spent most of his life here. An avid fisherman and art collector, he was a successful cinematographer including work on the well-known films, Silverado and Young Guns. He subsequently worked for Los Alamos Labs, but what he actually did there remains a secret.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 33 years, Colleen Gaye Kelly. He is survived by his son, Keane, and step-daughter, Cailin Pitcher.
