Calletano C. Martinez – 83, a resident of Chimayo passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday April 25, 2006. His is survived by his wife, Audilia Martinez of Chimayo, children, Lorraine Chavez and her husband Pete of Espanola, David Martinez of Chimayo, Cleo Lopez of Cordova, Grace Cordova and her husband Albert of Truchas, Sylvia Gonzalez and her husband Bobby of Espanola, Steve Martinez of Chimayo, Carol Quintana and her husband Roland of Ignacio, CO., Jake Martinez of Chimayo, and Alan Martinez of Chimayo, sisters, Evangelia Martinez of El Rito, and Trinidad Martinez of Espanola, as well as many other relatives and friends. A devotional service will be held on Thursday, April 27th, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lighthouse Church in Chimayo. Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 28th, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the Lighthouse Church in Chimayo. Burial will follow at the Assembly of God Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: David, Steven, Jake, Alan and Gabriel Martinez and Chris Chavez. The family of Calletano C. Martinez has placed his care to the Rivera Family of Block-Salazar Mortuary
