Carlos Carrillo born August 20th 1948 of Santa Fe, NM was called home by our Heavenly Father on March 19th, 2021. He was surrounded by his loving family when he went peacefully after fighting a lengthy battle with cancer. He was a Godly man, who gave his life to Jesus Christ and he never lost his faith in all his years.

He was proceeded in death by; Father, Feliberto Carrillo; Mother, Anita Carrillo; Brothers, Samuel Carrillo, Edward Carrillo, Lito Carrillo; Sisters, Dolores Gonzales, Doris Gallegos.

Survived by; Wife, Victoria Carrillo; Daughters, Veronica Carrillo, Angel Carrillo (Joey Leyba); Grandchildren; Carlos Carrillo, Santana Leyba, Kayla Leyba, Chloe Leyba; Sister, Doreen Castillo (Manny Castillo); Widowed Sister In-Law, (Jewel Carrillo); Brother, Rene Carrillo; and many, many nieces and nephews.

Carlos was a Veteran of the U.S, armed forces during the Vietnam War. He graduated high school while in the service as well.

Carlos was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. He loved the outdoors, fishing, camping and being one with nature. His passions were music, singing, dancing, gardening and spending all his time with his family. His way of showing love was by cooking for anyone he was fond of and of course his loved ones. Carlos was genuinely selfless, humble and a loving man, who was dedicated to the love of his life and soulmate, Victoria. Their anniversary was just one month short of 48 glorious years together. He will be deeply missed forever more by anyone who truly knew what a wonderful person he was. May he rest in Peace.

Services will be held at 11am at Christian Life Fellowship on 121 Siringo Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505, on Wednesday March 31st, 2021. Private burial for immediate family will be held at a later time.
