Carlos was a very beloved, kindhearted, and talented man.  Though unexpected, the Lord works in mysterious ways and needed Carlos home.  He was known for his infectious smile, warms greetings, and ability to complete any project professionally and with love.  He especially liked auto mechanics, landscaping, construction, and house painting.  He liked to bike ride in his earlier years and lately was an avid bowler.  We will miss him dearly.

TO THE LOVED ONES WHO ARE BEREAVED

Death is nothing at all.  I have slipped away into the next room.  I am I, and you are you.  Whatever we are to each other we still are.  Call me by my old familier name; speak to me in the easy way which you always did.  Put no difference in your tone, laugh at the little jokes we enjoyed together.  Pray, smile, think of me, pray for me.  Let my name be ever the household word that it always was.  Let it be spoken often without the trace of a shadow on it.  Life means all that it ever meant.  It is the same as it ever was.  Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?  I am waiting for you.  All is well

Services for Carlos are scheduled for Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church on Osage Street with  Rosary at 10:00 AM followed by a mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 AM.  Burial will be at Rosario Cemetery 499 Guadalupe Street following the service.
