Caroline Scheffler

Caroline Scheffler, a resident of Santa Fe since 1958, passed away on September 18, 2009 at age 100. She was born in Guthrie,, Oklahoma on August 5, 1909 and is preceded in death by her husband, William Scheffler, her mother, Rovena Allen Koetsch and father August F. Koetsch. She graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design and served in the Navy during WWII. She was a member of the Church of the Holy Faith. Memorials may be directed to the Library of the Church of The Holy Faith, 301 East Palace Ave., Santa Fe, NM 87501 and to PMS (Presbyterian) Hospice, 1400 Chama Ave., Santa Fe, NM 87505.
