Cecilia Martinez

Cecilia Ann Martinez, age 67, of Espanola passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2008. She was preceded in death by her father, Antonio Sena; aunts: Estella and Louise Alire; grandparents: Margarito and Amada Alire and father and mother in-law; Jose and Teofila Martinez. She is survived by her husband Frank Roy Martinez; daughters: Carla Martinez and Brenda Martinez and companion Lee Salazar all of Espanola; mother, Margaret Sena of Ojo Caliente; sister, Amelia Galvez and husband Lupe of Albuquerque; uncle Paul Alire of Denver, CO. and many other relatives and friends. She was a Member of the Espanola Hospital Auxiliary for over 25 years. She worked with the marriage enrichment programs both in Espanola and Albuquerque along side her husband Roy. And through the church ministries, both her and her husband helped with wake services in the community. A rosary will be recited on Friday, January 11, 2008 at 7:00 pm. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Espanola. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at the same church at 11:00 am. with the burial to follow at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. The Rivera Family of Block-Salazar Mortuary.
