Celida Quintana, 81, of Santa Cruz, died peacefully on August 20, 2009. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Jose M. Quintana, parents Delfido and Elena Quintana, brother Santiago Quintana and nephew Herman Hidalgo. Mrs. Quintana is survived by her son Michael Quintana of Lemitar, NM., granddaughters; Cynthia Quintana- Barela of Cuarteles, Alexis and Alisha Quintana of Lemitar, great-grandson Gabriel Joseph Barela of Belen, niece Nadine Hidalgo of Polvadera, great-nieces Kenya Kelley of Polvadera and Lina Escamilla of Albuquerque and great-nephew James Hidalgo of Polvadera. A rosary will be recited on Monday, August 24, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. with The Mass of Christian burial will follow at 1:30 p.m. La Iglesia de Santa Cruz de la Canada.
