Celine Ortega

Celine Ortega 96 went with God on June 12, 2022. She was born in Santa Fe to Manuel Rivera

and Trinidad Rivera on February 18, 1926. She married her husband Charlie Ortega on June 23, 1947.

They lived a fulfilling married life of 67 years in Tesuque until his death.  She was preceded

in death by her father Manuel Rivera, mother Trinidad Rivera, sisters Martha Garcia (Willie),

Stella Catanach (Ike), Brother Manuel (Conejo) Rivera Jr. (Bobbie), Grandson Justin Ortega, Brother-in-Laws Mariano Romero, Ike Catanach, Willie Garcia and Son-in law Shaun Murray.

She is survived by her sister Viola Romero, son Gilbert Ortega (Gloria Lujan), daughters

Charline Speck (Bill Speck) Margaret Murray (Mike Lara), Grandchildren Diego Ortega, Patty Murray,

Amy Salazar (Lucas Salazar), Karli Speck (Angelo Cazares), Felicia Lujan (Mike Lujan), Thomas Lujan (Alicia Lujan) and Laura Lujan.  Great grandchildren Ella Salazar, Layla Salazar, Alondra Cazares, Arianah Cazares, Daryn Lujan, Isaiah Lujan, Tommy Lujan Jr. and Ryan Lujan.  She leaves many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Services pending.
