Charlie Anthony Maestas

Charlie Anthony Maestas, age 21, of Hernandez, NM passed away on June 4, 2014. He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Audelio Maestas. He is survived by his mother, JoAnn Lopez Maestas of La Puebla, father, Michael Maestas of Hernandez, sisters, Michelle Archuleta (Gene), Bobbie Jo Maestas, of La Puebla, brothers, Jacob Maestas of Hernandez, Vicente Maestas of Espanola, Mikel Croft of La Puebla, grandmother Susana Batista of Hernandez. He is also survived by a very close nephew like a brother Michael Archuleta. Charlie enjoyed the mountains, fishing, hunting, and going for wood. He was a big time Bronco fan and was very endearing to his family and friends. All who knew Charlie had an amazing love for him. Pallbearers will be Mikel Croft, Michelle Archuleta, Jacob Maestas, Vicente Maestas, Bobbie Jo Maestas, Michael Archuleta and Gene Archuleta. Honorary Pallbearers will be Evaristo, James and Carl Lopez, the Maestas and Gallegos families and a close friend Chris Martinez. A wake service took place on Monday, June 9, 2014 at Rivera Family Funeral Home in Espanola, NM. A Church Service was held Tuesday, June 10, 2014, also at Rivera Family Funeral Home in Espanola, NM.
