Charlotte Sanchez

Charlotte M Sanchez, 92, went to the Lord on August 25-2011. Born in Raton, NM on March 24-1919. She was preceded in death by her parents Victor and Albina Martinez, the love of her life, husband Toby Clovis Sanchez Sr, sister Corina Martinez, brother Victor M Martinez, sons Toby Jr and baby Ernest, and nephew Ted Sanchez. Charlotte is survived by her children Roy Sanchez (Pueblo, CO), Steve (Lillian) Sanchez, Margie (Manuel) Ulibarri, and Virginia (Lawrence) Salazar all from Albuquerque. Numerous grand children, great grand children and great-great grandchildren. Also survived by sisters-in-law, Margaret Martinez and Tessie Martinez. Charlotte worked for many years at the Chico Shop. She retired after 26 years of working and was able to be with her husband Toby Clovis Sanchez, a local watch repairman. Charlotte will be greatly missed by her granddaughter Cynthia and George Castro who took care of her in her final years. Also, special friends Julia Johnson and Sandra Varos Forde. Charlotte took great pride in her many grand, great, and great-great grandchildren along with nieces and nephews. Funeral mass was held on August 27, 2011 at Rivera Chapel.
