Chen Chang Hsiu

Chen Chang Hsiu, 69, of Taos passed away on December 19, 2011. She was a chef and helped her family at their Hunans Restaurant. She is survived by her husband, Chuan Lai Hsu, sons, Lee Hsu (Christie), David Hsu (Helen) and Tony Hsu (Lulu) and four grandchildren. Funeral service was held on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at 10 AM at Rivera Chapel in which interment was follwed at the Alamosa Municipal Cemetery in Alamosa, CO.
