With great sadness we announce the death of Chris M. Ortiz who was born on February 18, 1954. Chris was called home by our heavenly father on December 28, 2022. In her late 20’s she married the love of her life Froggy Sena. They adopted their daughter Angelina. She was a loving mother to Angelina and her stepsons Nick and Jeff. Chris was a wonderful grandmother to her four grandchildren, Vanessa, Maria, Cesar, and Damien. When she was able to work she loved working at AromaLand and cruising through the town of Pecos. She was always living life to the fullest and always having fun. She is preceded in death by her parents: Escolastica and Genovevo Ortiz, her brothers: Joe and Louie, sisters: Rose, Darlene, and Yolanda. Survived by: her loving ex husband Froggy Sena, daughter Angelina Ortiz-Y-Sena,(Randi Olivas), and her grandchildren: Vanessa, Maria, Cesar, Damien, and numerous nephews, nieces, and other loving family and friends. The family of Chris Ortiz would like to give a special Thank you to my mom's nurse Dotty from AmberCare.

Viewing will be on Monday January 16th, from 5:00pm-8:00pm at the Riveral Funeral Home, 417 E. Rodeo Road, Santa Fe, Nm in the kiva.

January 18th, the Rosary will take place at 10:00 am followed by the mass at 11:00 am at the St. Anthonys church in Pecos, Nm.

The Burial will take place at the Riveral funeral home 417, E. Rodeo Road at 3:30 pm same day January 18, 2023.
