Cleotilde "Cleo" M. Deyapp – Age 86 a lifelong resident of Chama passed away on Wednesday, August 9th, 2006. She was the daughter of the late Rosario and Margarita Romero. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Lucillo, 2 sons: Gumicindo and Amos; 3 grandsons: Amos and Sky Blu Deyapp and Jerome Baldonado; and a sister, Addie Gonzales. May their souls rest in peace. She is survived by her 6 sons: Jimmy of the home, Bobby, Larry, Clarence and Larkin all of Chama and Robert of Santa Fe; 4 daughters: Lucy of Grand Junction, CO, Betty Martin and Maggie of Chama and Evangelyn of Albuquerque; 2 brothers: Tony Romero of Chama and Manuel Romero of Albuquerque; 3 sisters: Nancy Martinez of Albuquerque, Rosie Martinez of Salt Lake City, UT and Aggie Youst of Alamogordo; 27 grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. Public visitation will be held on Sunday, August 13th, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Chama with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 14th, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Chama. Burial will follow at the Chama Community Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Gumicindo Jr., Bobito, Matthew, Larkin, Jonathan and Mark Deyapp and Jeff and Lee Wood. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be: Jimmy, Donna and Stacey Martinez, Lydia Garcia, Hattie and Shiela Deyapp, Makisha Marquez and Maegan Maez.
