Clifford Cliff Chase, 57, of Arroyo Seco passed away peacefully with his family at his side on February 23, 2011 after a long battle with cancer. He was born on May 4, 1953 in Taos to the late Milton and Ora Belle Chase. He is survived by his wife, Linda, daughters Elizabeth of Pueblo, Colorado and Andrea Gallegos of Albuquerque, grandchildren Makayla, Deluvino and Natalia, brother Laurence (Jacquelyn), sisters, Sandra (Doug) Loescher, Donna (Cliff) Adams and many nieces and nephews.
Cliff owned and operated Chase Auto Body in Arroyo Seco for over thirty years and was responsible for putting together and leading the torchlight parades at Taos Ski Valley for Christmas, New Years and Ernie Blakes Birthday beginning in 1978. He found his testimony of his Lord Jesus Christ in 1992, joining the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
His life was celebrated by family and friends, on February 26, 2011 with a service and luncheon at the Taos Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
