Corrine G. Vargas

Corrine G. Vargas, 79, of Taos passed away on August 18, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ernesto Vargas, parents, Tomas Sr. and Eligia Garcia, brothers, Tomas Garcia Jr., Gilbert, Francis and Michael Garcia. She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Bachtel (Mike) and Elaine Montano (Johnny), grandchildren, Jennifer Bachtel Childress (Gary), Amy Bachtel Miles (Paul), John Montano (Leilani), Jeremy Montano (Sarah) and Jason Montano, great- grandchildren, Johnny and Dominic Montano, sisters, Esther Garcia, Rose Tafoya (Max), Margaret Montoya (Atilano) and Gloria Garcia, brother, Celedon Garcia (Esther), brothers-in-law, Felix and Robert Vargas, sister-in-law, Amy Crites (Larry) and many other relatives and friends. Rosary was recited on August 21, 2013. Funeral Mass was held on August 22, 2013. Both were held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.
