Wayne R. Mascareñas, Age 50, a resident of Dixon passed away October 13, 2017. Wayne was preceded in death by his parents; Arturo and Teresa Mascareñas of Dixon, Grandmother Octaviana Armijo, Grandparents Alberto and Amanda Mascarenas. Brother; Bruce, Sister; Brenda Mascareñas. Many Uncles, Aunts and cousins; may their souls rest in peace. Wayne is survived by his two sisters; Sharon and Dinah Mascareñas of Dixon. Brother Jeff Espinoza of Espanola, Nieces; Alicia Mascareñas of Dixon, Kayla Espinoza of Espanola, Aunts; Esther (Nelson) Romero of Espanola, Dila Sanchez of Dixon, Pauline Mascareñas of Taos, Vicky Cordova of Chamisal, Kate Abeyta of Peñasco, Rose (Henry) Montoya of Colorado, Prescillia Romero of La Mesilla, Lina Sandoval of Dixon, Jose Armijo of Los Lunas, Alfonso and Mary Mascarenas. He is survived by many other close relatives and friends. The family would like to thank Dixon and local fire departments for their assistance. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Seventh Day Adventist Church in Dixon, NM (Canoncito Church). Burial will follow after memorial service.
