David Leroy Rivera

DAVID LEROY RIVERA Born November 20, 1963 and went to be with our Lord on September 7, 2012 surrounded by his loving family. We will remember him daily and will miss him forever. David is survived by his loving parents Alfredo Jr. and Yvonne Rivera; his brothers: John Rivera (Tracy), Paul Rivera; and sister Vivian Roybal. David was the father of five sons: David (Desiree) and Alfred (Serenity) Romero, Gabriel Rodriguez and Art and Tony Benavidez. He also had four special nieces: Melanie and Melissa Sandoval and Yvette and Rachel Roybal; two nephews: Jerome and John Anthony Rivera; three grandchildren: Jeremiah and Emily Espinoza and Serenity Romero; his Godparents were Mr. and Mrs. Pat Montoya and Matias Armijo (deceased). A Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, September 12 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, September 13, at Cristo Rey Catholic Church with interment to follow at the Santa Fe Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
