Dolores M. Reynolds

Dolores “Dodo” M. Reynolds, 89 of Santa Fe, NM, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 27, 2016. She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Reynolds, parents, Leandro & Josephine Martinez, brother Ted Martinez, sisters: Lily Roof, Margaret Abeyta & Martha Armijo. She is survived by her nephews: Alfred Armijo, Edward Martinez, Mike Abeyta (Kathy), Robert Armijo (Nancy) & Rick Roof (Jeanine), nieces: Linda Lovell, Donna Roof & Cecilia Abeyta; many great & great-great nephews & nieces; and special friends: Dora Montoya & Nellie Corriz. Dodo’s was an example of a full life, well-lived. She bowled for many years and travelled all across the U.S. to participate in tournaments. She was a devout Catholic whose strong faith was exhibited throughout her lifelong membership at St. Anne’s Parish. She will be dearly missed. The family would like to thank Dr. Kathryn Chan along with the wonderful staffs at both the NM Cancer Center & the Christus St. Vincent’s Infusion Clinic for their attentive and tender care & support during Dodo’s courageous battle with cancer. Special thanks to her niece & loving caregiver, Cherelle Blea, for her compassionate commitment to Dodo while walking beside her and holding her hand throughout her illness. A Rosary will be held at 7:00pm on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at St. Anne’s Parish. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at St. Anne’s Parish, internment following Mass at the National Cemetery.
