Dezmin Amrine

Dezmin Justine Amrine, 29 of Taos NM, passed away on May 2, 2019. She was a beautiful loving, kind and selfless woman who touched so many lives. She loved so many people in a very special and powerful way.. Dezmin had a special gift for children and loved the work she did at McGlone Elementary School in Aurora Colorado. In her personal life, she had countless young people that had the honor of experiencing her infinite love. Dezmin was regarded highly by her colleagues and deeply loved by everyone who knew her. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Nevaeh Cabrera, uncle, Tim Torres, niece, Sharra Torres grandparents, Timoteo and Manuelita Torres and Harold and Loyola Amrine. She is survived by her daughter, Meah Cabrera, her partner of many years, Luis Cabrera, her parents, Harold Amrine and Carmela Torres, her sister, Crichelle Torres, her brother, Hoss Amrine, her nephews, Jacob Perea, Isac Cabrera, Timoteo Torres, Luis Cabrera Angel Cabrera, Christian Mimms, her nieces, Damiana Perea, Sariah Chavez, Raquel Grimaldo, Isabel Cabrera, Sonya Cabrera and Taylor Mims. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 10 AM at Rivera Chapel in Taos with interment to follow at the Talpa Cemetery.
