Dion Rodella

Lee “Dion” Rodella Lee “Dion” Rodella, born July 18, 1962. Dion lost his battle with cancer on December 8, 2017. Dion was a loving husband to his wife, Dolores “Dodo” of 32 years. He was a devoted father of two. He is survived by his children Krista and Dion James “DJ”. Dion was preceded in death by his father Milton Romero, father-in-law Herman Grace and mother-in-law Rosalie Baca. Dion is survived by his mother Tina Romero, sisters Leesa Sanchez, Marlina Romero, Marcella Trujillo and step mother-in-law Charlet Grace. Aunts and uncles Leo and Margaret Rodela, Ray Sanchez, Lucy and Connie Trujillo and Peter (Cha). In-laws Herman Grace, Rosalind Saiz (Frank), Juanita Anaya (Dan), Michael Grace, Gus Grace (Susan), best friends Will and Katie Trujillo and many other close friends. Dion loved and cherished his grandchildren Angelo, Joseph, Ashlynn and Raelynn. Dion was loved and will be greatly missed by everyone he knew including cousins and many nieces and nephews. Dion also loved all his pets especially his dog of 17 years Zoey. Dion worked as a service advisor in the automotive industry for 30 years. Dion enjoyed camping, mountain biking, gardening, being outdoors and working on his yard. Dion took pride in all he accomplished. We are grateful to God for giving us such a selfless, caring and loving husband and dad full of life and abundance of humor. Memorial Service will be on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 3:00pm at Kiva Chapel of Light.
