Donald Dwane Mccurdy

On October 18, 2017, The world lost an inspirational, knowledgeable, fun, loving, card playing, joke and story- telling person when Donald D. McCurdy passed away peacefully. Don was born in Ellis, Kansas. After High School, he served in the Air Force and then started his career thereafter. In 1972, he and his wife of 58 years, Mary, moved their family to Los Alamos, New Mexico where they raised six boys. Don worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory until his retirement. Donald was a loving Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Donald will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Don was proceeded in death by his oldest son; Michael, his father and mother, and his brother Harold. Don is survived by his wife Mary, Sons: Tim, and wife Annette along with their children Kevin and wife Sara, Katrina and husband Andy, and Kurtis. Don, his wife Cathy and son Matthew. Steve. Pat, girlfriend Michelle Quartieri, and Pat’s children Jeff, and wife Melissa, Nick, Daniel, and Katie. Dave. Great Grandson; Nolan.
