Donna Martinez

Donna Martinez, 59, of Taos passed away on October 31, 2017. She was a local artist and owner of Taos Java. She received several awards for her woven tapestries, including the Handweavers Guild of America Award, and her work is displayed throughout the world, including Disney World in Japan. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Enedine Vigil. She is survived by her daughters, Santana and Sonya Lopez, husband, Anthony Lopez, mother, Dolores Martinez, sisters, Brenda Martinez and Loretta Sealy, brother, Walter Martinez, many other relatives and friends. Private services were held.
