Doris Ruth Kilkenny

Doris R. Kilkenny, 93, of Santa Fe, passed away Sunday, December 30, 2018. She was born October 22, 1925 in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of Marvin and Eunice McIntyre. She and Joseph G. Kelkenny were married in Santa Fe on May 5, 1951. Her parents and Joseph have preceded her in death. Doris is survived by her two daughters, Sharon Kilkenny Lujan and Joyce Arellano and husband Paul; her two sons, Jerry Kilkenny and Rick Kilkenny and wife Priscilla; sister Francella Harrell; brother Bill McIntyre and wife Beverly; 13 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 3 adopted great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. A Rosary will be recited at 8:30 am Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 am Thursday. Celebrant for the mass will be MSGR Lambert Joseph Luna. Interment will follow at 10:30 am Thursday at the Santa Fe National Cemetery where she will be place with her beloved Joseph. Pallbearers will include Ryan Lujan and Shantel Kilkenny Dixon. Honorary Pallbearers include Anthony Lujan, Patrick Lujan, Marie Lujan, James Arellano, Paul Arellano, Michael Arellano, Adrian Kilkenny, Jessica Vazquez, Marie Lujan, Rachel Lovato, Julian Kilkenny and Elora Romero.
