Dorothy was a single mother who worked hard to support her daughters. She had a very strong work ethic, she worked at La Unica Cleaners for many years where she met some of her best friends, she went on to work at St.Vincent Hospital until she retired. She had many great memories from working at both places. She had a big heart and was always willing to help out anyone in need. Dorothy was a die hard Denver Broncos fan she loved watching them play. She will be missed by her family and friends. Her family is happy to know that she is with her mom and dad and with her brothers who she missed dearly and to know that she is now watching over all of us.
The family would like to thank Amber Care Hospice for coming to help take care of her. Special thanks to her nurse Tanya, Case worker Jerah, and nurses aid Deliala.
Services will be held at Riveras Funeral Home at 417 East Rodeo Rd. On October 27th at 3pm. A small reception will follow in the Riveras reception hall.
