Dylan Herzenberg

December 16, 1998 — April 14, 2023

Dylan Jacob Herzenberg passed away April 14, 2023 in a motorcycle accident in Albuquerque New Mexico. He is survived by his mother Pamela, father David, sister Kayla and brothers Jake and Max. Dylan’s family in New Mexico,  New York and throughout his tight-knit community are grief-stricken and feeling too great a void. Dylan was 24 at the time and enjoying one of his greatest passions, riding sport bikes on the street and the track with his brother Jake. Dylan loved this life-motorcycles, cars, racing, basketball, skiing, snowboarding, cooking, going to the gym with his brothers, spending time with his family and friends. His work ethic and dedication to doing everything with his whole being will continue to inspire us then, now and always. He was devoted to serving others and helping people in everything he did.

Dylan was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico to Pamela and David Herzenberg. He grew up in Santa Fe and all who know him feel blessed by his warmth and incredible heart. Memories flood all those who are reeling from this loss, reflecting on how Dylan made us feel appreciated, important and loved always. His aspirations will continue through his friends and family and all those who have been touched by him- For it is not the time on this planet, but rather the ripple effect of who we touch while on this earth. We ask that our communities please honor this beautiful young man and all those riders who have been taken from us so young. We collectively reflect on Dylan’s goodness and love as he made everyone around him better. We thank everyone for your thoughts and prayers as we openly receive them.

A Service for Dylan will take place on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 2:00pm at the Rivera Family Kiva Chapel of Light, 417 Rodeo Rd with burial to follow after at Santa Fe Memorial Gardens.
