Edmundo Vigil

Edmundo L. Vigil, 76, of Taos passed away on August 07, 2007. He is preceded in death by his son, Jose B. Vigil, parents, Jose B. Vigil and Josefita Vigil, father-in law, Carlos J. Trujillo, mother-in-law, Amelia Trujillo, sisters, Frances Gallegos, Margaret Alarid and Mela LeDoux, brothers, Benito, Juanito and Leo Vigil and dear friend Dolores Struck. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Aurora Vigil, children, Carla Castle, Francisco Vigil (Becky), Antonio Vigil (Dossy), Patrick Vigil (Celsa) and Lourdes Martinez. He is also survived by his sisters, Esmeralda Martinez and Martha Suiter, brothers, Orlando Vigil and Alfonso Vigil (Loretta), brothers-in-law, Willie Gallegos, Richard LeDoux and George Trujillo (Isabel), sister-in-law, Carolina Hall and dear friend and cousin Bernabe Struck, grandchildren, Danielle Vigil, Zacarias Martinez, Christina Vigil, Esther Lucero-Vigil, Gabriel Martinez, Tanya Martinez, Carlos Vigil and Katie Vigil, great grandson, Estevan Benito Martinez and many nieces, nephews and adopted grandchildren. Rosaries were recited on Wednesday, August 08, 2007 at Rivera Chapel and on Thursday, August 9, 2007 at San Francisco de Asis Catholic Church in Ranchos de Taos, Funeral mass was held on Friday, August 10, 2007 at San Francisco de Asis Church, interment followed at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
