Elias Valdez

Elias Valdez – Age 94 a resident of Ojo Caliente passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2006. He was preceded in death by his parents: Maria Tonita and Benseslado Valdez. He is survived by his only brother, Don Valdez of Ojo Caliente; sisters-in-law: Stella Valdez of Ojo Caliente and Eleanor Valdez of Colorado; and numerous other relatives and friends. Recitation of the rosary will be held on Monday Jan. 16, and Tuesday Jan. 17, at 7:00 pm at Block-Salazar Mortuary in Espanola. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday Jan. 18, at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Ojo Caliente. Burial will follow at the Ojo Caliente Cemetery.
