ELI LONNIE VALDEZ

Eli Lonnie Valdez, 47, passed away at his Albuquerque home Friday, September 30, 2022.  He was born April 9, 1975 in Santa Fe, the son of Eliza Martinez and Lonnie Valdez.  His Father, Lonnie Valdez, preceded him in death.

He is survived by his Mother, Eliza Martinez and step-father, Tony Lovato; his sister, Melissa Valdez; nephew, Lonnie Valdez; niece, Shantel Valdez; great nephew Arkin Sprieck-Valdez and great niece Willow Sprieck-Valdez; and many more family and friends.  Eli had a great heart full of love and care for his family and friends.  This translated to  his work where he served as a care giver and DSP Administrator at Advantage Communication for 11 years.  He will be greatly missed by many.  The family wishes to extend their deepest appreciation to Eli Ray Garcia, Joseph Garcia, and Melissa Velasquez.

A Rosary will be prayed at 6:00 pm Monday, October 10, 2022 at the Rivera Family Kiva Chapel at 417 E Rodeo Road.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 am Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at St. Anne Catholic Church, and interment will follow at Rosario Cemetery.
