Elizabeth "Lizzie" Pauline Martinez

Elizabeth "Lizzie" Martinez passed away Thursday, February 16, 2017. Lizzie was a life long resident of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Lizzie loved her children and family very much and she was always the life of the party with her beautiful smile and loving laugh. She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her. Lizzie is preceded in death by her parents; Pete and Cecilia Martinez, and her Brother Pete Martinez. She is survived by her children Simon, John, Jessie, and Matthew. Grandchildren Simon and Massiah, Brothers; Tony and Steve, Sister; Cathy. Lizzie was loved by all and touched every heart she crossed in a special way. A Rosary will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 6:00 PM at Rivera Family Funeral Home, Kiva of Light Chapel, 417 E. Rodeo Road, Santa Fe, NM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 24, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the San Isidro Catholic church in Tesuque, NM. Interment will follow at the San Isidro Cemetery in Tesuque, NM. There has been an account set up to help with services at the State Employees Credit Union under benefit account for Elizabeth Martinez.
