Emelina "Emily" Padilla

Emelina Emily Padilla, 79, of Des Montes passed away on October 17, 2013. She is preceded in death by her infant daughter, Yolanda Padilla, son, Ernest Padilla, grandchildren, Jaclynn Padilla and Jaime Velasquez, parents, Mardoqueo and Cicilia Tafoya. She is survived by her husband, Maurilio Padilla, children, Elias Padilla (Lydia), Eliseo Padilla (Leticia), Daniel Padilla (Elsie), Yvonne and Lori Padilla, 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, brothers, Max Tafoya (Sophie), Horacio Tafoya (Rufina), Jose Tafoya, Gilbert Tafoya (Orlanda), Ernest Tafoya (Martha), sisters, Juanita Hernandez and Rose Garcia, many other relatives and friends. Evening service was held on Sunday, October 20, 2013 at Rivera Chapel in Taos. Funeral service was held on Monday, October 21, 2013 at the Angel Fire Baptist Church in Angel Fire.
